At the base of the Hotel West End, the restaurant Le Si\u00e8cle waltzes the Mediterranean Cuisine with the rhythm of Opera airs. Behind its entrance, inspired from Hector Guimard\u2019s Parisian metro style, we discover a decoration paying homage to the Art Nouveau style, with its red velvet benches, its Art D\u00e9co window, its brass and woods.
