Easter is just around the corner and at Le Si\u00e8cle restaurant<\/a>, we’re celebrating with an exceptional menu and a touch of conviviality! From Friday 18 April at dinner to Monday 21 April at lunch, let yourself be tempted by a unique culinary experience combining revisited traditions and spring flavours, all in an Art Deco setting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le Si\u00e8cle restaurant celebrates Easter with gourmet delights<\/span><\/h4>\n

The Chef has devised a refined, gourmet menu for this special occasion. For starters, try a new take on the poached egg with Scottish salmon and toasted muffins, or succumb to a melt-in-your-mouth burrata with hazelnut tartar of green asparagus. As for the main courses, let yourself be seduced by the salmon koulibiac with button mushrooms or the unmissable paschal shoulder of lamb, confit for 7 hours with black olives from Nice. Finally, to end on a sweet note, savour the chocolate Easter surprise or a strawberry tart with spring accents.<\/span><\/p>\n

The menu is priced at \u20ac69, and the restaurant’s regular \u00e0 la carte menu is available for those who would like to discover other flavours. Please note that on Sunday, April 20, only the Easter menu will be available. Reservations only by telephone (prior confirmation required).<\/span><\/p>\n

An egg hunt at La Palmeraie<\/span><\/h4>\n

To the delight of children, an egg hunt is being organised on the terrace of La Palmeraie on Sunday<\/span> 20 April 2025 from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Reserved for young gourmets staying at the hotel, this event promises a magical moment overlooking the sea, punctuated by delicious chocolate surprises.<\/span><\/p>\n

Springtime to the rhythm of Brooklyn2Nice<\/span><\/h4>\n

Another highlight of the weekend is the launch of live music evenings with the group Brooklyn2Nice! The concept takes over Le Si\u00e8cle restaurant on Friday 18 April for an exclusive first evening. It’s a cosmopolitan and vibrant atmosphere to discover, and to enjoy every Tuesday from April 29th until October.<\/span><\/p>\n

Du 13 au 27 f\u00e9vrier 2021, Nice deviendra la Capitale mondiale de la mode avec la 137e \u00e9dition du Carnaval sur le th\u00e8me \u00ab Roi des animaux \u00bb. Venez admirer le Roi, la Reine et leurs sujets et participer aux extravagants d\u00e9fil\u00e9s de chars, de grosses t\u00eates et aux \u00e9l\u00e9gantes Batailles de Fleurs.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pendant 15 jours, le Carnaval de Nice, avec ses deux manifestations\u00a0: les Corsi carnavalesques (de jour ou de nuit) et les Batailles de fleurs, imposera son style et vous offrira un spectacle burlesque, magique et initiatique d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la mode sous toutes ses coutures.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Les chars cr\u00e9\u00e9s sur le th\u00e8me d\u00e9fileront lors des Corsi carnavalesques (mardis, samedis et dimanche), accompagn\u00e9s de grosses t\u00eates et d\u2019artistes venant du monde entier dans une ambiance festive et populaire, savamment sc\u00e9nographi\u00e9e, pour revisiter l\u2019histoire de la mode, vous faire rire, sourire mais aussi r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur la mode et ses dessous. Car si la mode lance des tendances et bouleverse les codes comme les comportements, elle a aussi un r\u00f4le \u00e9thique et responsable \u00e0 jouer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
