Restaurant Le Siècle: for the first time, four operatic voices come together at the Opera Dinners of the Hôtel West End

In response to ever-growing enthusiasm and a fully booked season, the Hôtel West End is extending the experience by adding an extra date for its famous Opera Dinners. However, this final evening, scheduled for Friday, April 10, 2026, will not be like the others: for the very first time, four operatic voices will unite during a single dinner, promising an even more immersive and unique experience.

Opera evenings: a musical immersion

Since their creation in 2019 by Laurie Jauffret, a soprano opera singer graduated from the Conservatoire National de Nice, these extraordinary dinners have continued to attract an ever-growing audience. Inspired by the “singing waiters” concept, this unique event on the French Riviera is built around an original staging: artists, blending in with the restaurant staff, appear throughout the service to perform great operatic arias.

A surprising, almost intimate proximity that transforms dinner into a true experience. Here, gastronomy meets the emotion of live performance, and each course becomes a stage in its own right.

A one-of-a-kind evening at Restaurant Le Siècle

For this exceptional performance, the Hôtel West End is going all out. For one evening, Restaurant Le Siècle will host a truly unusual artistic setup.

Four operatic voices with complementary tones will come together: tenor Gilles San Juan, countertenor Jérémy Bertini, and baritone Mickael Guedj will share the stage alongside soprano Vanessa Fouillet, who will be performing at the venue for the very first time.

This final evening also stands out for the richness of its program. From classical repertoire to baroque opera, guests will be invited on a true musical journey.
