To mark the start of the new season, Hôtel West End invites locals and holidaymakers to enjoy exceptional moments overlooking the Mediterranean. Combining seaside dining with great operatic arias, the hotel is bringing back its famous musical evenings.

Set in the Belle Époque surroundings of Le Siècle restaurant, guests can enjoy an Opera Dinner, the perfect opportunity to get together with family or friends and experience a unique evening in Nice, in an elegant setting on the Promenade des Anglais. For this new season, seven performances will take place throughout 2026–2027, beginning with an exceptional opening evening featuring four singers on Friday, September 4th, before continuing through spring 2027. The first Friday of every month from October through April, except for January.

The Magic of Opera in the Heart of the Promenade des Anglais

Since 2019, the Opera evenings at Le Siècle restaurant have delighted locals and visitors alike with some of the most famous operatic arias.
Inspired by the “singing waiters” concept, this dinner show holds a special surprise for guests. The artists blend in among the restaurant staff before revealing their true identities and letting their voices resonate between the tables. This original staging has made the Opera evenings an unmissable event on the Promenade des Anglais. It is the perfect opportunity to rediscover the great masterpieces of the classical repertoire in a warm and intimate atmosphere.

Exceptional Voices to Elevate Your Meal

From October onwards, the artistic programme will showcase talented performers. Featuring tenor Gilles San Juan and soprano Laurie Jauffret, the performances passionately explore some of the great themes of opera.
Combining emotional power with a close connection to the audience, their performances punctuate the meal and create a truly unique experience. With two to four voices, Laurie and Gilles will be joined by other talented singers as the evenings go on. A wonderful way to turn every evening into a special occasion, to be enjoyed as a couple, with family or with friends.

Located at 31 Promenade des Anglais, at the foot of Hôtel West End, Le Siècle restaurant welcomes guests every day, for lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers an enchanting Art Nouveau setting, enhanced by elegant red velvet banquettes and a magnificent Art Deco glass roof overlooking the sea.
To enjoy these exclusive performances, guests can choose from the restaurant’s regular menu. A €6 supplement per person simply applies to à la carte selections.
