To start the meal, enjoy a reinterpretation of a great classic with deviled eggs (œufs mimosa). For the main course, indulge in a traditional Easter dish: slow-cooked leg of lamb with Provençal herbs. Finally, to end the meal, treat yourself to the Easter Nest — a Madagascar chocolate egg filled with tonka bean-flavored cream, served with strawberries marinated in yuzu and combava, adding a fruity and slightly tangy touch.

This menu is offered at the price of €57 net per person, including taxes and service, excluding beverages.
