To begin your meal, opt for a reinterpretation of a classic: a deviled egg. For your main course, choose a traditional Easter dish: a leg of lamb slowly confit with herbs de Provence. Finally, to finish your meal, indulge in the Easter Nest. This chocolate egg from Madagascar contains a tonka bean-infused cream, accompanied by strawberries marinated in yuzu and kaffir lime, adding a fruity and slightly tangy touch.

This menu is offered at a price of 57 euros net per person, including taxes and service, excluding drinks.
