Easter is approaching and at Le Siècle restaurant , we are celebrating this holiday with an exceptional menu and a touch of conviviality! From Friday, April 18th at dinner until Monday, April 21st at lunch, let yourself be tempted by a unique culinary experience blending revisited traditions and spring flavors, all in an Art Deco setting.

The restaurant Le Siècle celebrates Easter with gusto.

The Chef has created a refined and indulgent menu for this special occasion. For starters, discover the revisited poached egg with Scottish salmon and toasted muffins, or succumb to a creamy burrata accompanied by a green asparagus tartare with hazelnuts. For the main course, be tempted by the salmon koulibiac with Paris mushrooms or the quintessential Easter lamb shoulder, slow-cooked for seven hours with black olives from Nice. Finally, to end on a sweet note, savor the Easter chocolate surprise or a strawberry tart with springtime notes.

The set menu is offered at €69, and the restaurant's regular menu remains available for those who would like to discover other flavors. Please note that on Sunday, April 20th, only the Easter menu will be offered. Reservations are by telephone only (prior confirmation required).

An Easter egg hunt at La Palmeraie

To the delight of children, an Easter egg hunt is being organized on the terrace of La Palmeraie on Sunday, April 20, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Reserved for young gourmets staying at the hotel, this activity promises a magical moment overlooking the sea, punctuated by delicious chocolate surprises.

Another highlight of the weekend: the launch of live music nights with the band Brooklyn2Nice! This concept takes over Le Siècle restaurant starting Friday, April 18th for an exclusive first evening. A vibrant, cosmopolitan atmosphere to discover, and then to enjoy every Tuesday from April 29th until October.
