As the holiday season approaches, the West End Hotel is once again strengthening its commitment to solidarity. Alongside the Aston La Scala Hotel and the Beau Rivage Hotel, it is participating in the Green Santa campaign, a flagship charity initiative benefiting the Secours Populaire des Alpes-Maritimes.
For the 7th consecutive year, the three establishments of the 3A Hotels La Collection group invite the people of Nice and visitors to share a little of the magic of Christmas with those who need it most.
Green Santas: a large collection open to all
From November 28 to December 19, 2025, everyone can leave toys, books, stuffed animals, puzzles or board games at the foot of the Christmas tree installed in the lobby of the West End hotel.
On December 19th, volunteers from Secours Populaire, dressed as Green Santas, collect all the donations. These are then sold at a charity sale, allowing the organization to raise essential funds. Thanks to the proceeds from this event, Secours Populaire can buy new toys, bringing a real moment of joy to the most disadvantaged children during the holidays.
Each year, the three hotels collect nearly 1,500 toys through this initiative, a figure that illustrates the generosity of the residents of Nice and its visitors.
So how do you participate? You can drop off your toys at the West End Hotel, the Aston La Scala Hotel, and the Beau Rivage Hotel until noon on December 19th. They must be in good condition, complete, and unwrapped for safety reasons.
3A Hotels The Collection: a committed player throughout the year
Since 1945, Secours Populaire Français has been actively fighting against poverty and exclusion. In the Alpes-Maritimes region, the Green Santa campaign, established in 1976, brings support, dignity, and hope to families in difficulty as the holiday season approaches.
For its part, 3A Hotels La Collection has been multiplying its solidarity initiatives since 2019. In 2025, the group notably mobilized for the Pink October campaign, raising more than €9,588 for the benefit of the SOS Breast Cancer association.
So, what are you waiting for to drop off your toy and give another smile this Christmas?
