For the occasion, our Chef has created an exclusive menu inspired by the great classics of American cuisine. To complement this festive day, enjoy a live concert by Mariana Buhring (YANA), an artist with a captivating voice whose sound blends soul, jazz, and funk. A special Independence Day menu

Served from 12pm to 10pm, an exclusive menu is offered at €49 per person, excluding drinks. Begin your gourmet experience with the Crab Cake, a classic of American cuisine. This golden crab cake is served with a lemon and chive cream and fresh microgreens.

For the main course, our Chef highlights one of the most iconic specialties of American culinary culture: "Low & Slow" BBQ pork ribs. Slow-cooked at a low temperature for unparalleled tenderness, they are glazed with a homemade barbecue sauce and served with smoked paprika roasted baby potatoes and a grilled ear of corn.

To finish on a sweet note, discover Michael's Cheesecake, inspired by the traditional New York recipe and accompanied by homemade salted caramel.
