Opera evenings: a musical immersion

Since their creation in 2019 by Laurie Jauffret, a soprano opera singer and graduate of the Nice National Conservatory, these unique dinners have captivated an ever-growing audience. Inspired by the concept of "singing waiters," this one-of-a-kind event on the French Riviera features an original staging: artists, mingling with the waitstaff, appear throughout the meal service to perform great operatic arias.

A surprising, almost intimate proximity that transforms dinner into a true experience. Here, gastronomy meets the emotion of live performance, and each course becomes a scene in its own right.

A unique evening at the Le Siècle restaurant

For this exceptional performance, the West End Hotel is going all out. For one evening only, the Le Siècle restaurant will host a completely unique artistic installation.

Four lyrical voices with complementary timbres will come together: tenor Gilles San Juan, countertenor Jérémy Bertini and baritone Mickael Guedj will share the stage alongside soprano Vanessa Fouillet, who will be performing for the first time in the establishment.
