The hotel's iconic restaurant, Le Siècle, unveils a new summer menu, launches its snack menu, and brings back the Brooklyn 2 Nice evenings. A summer map between sea and sun

For this season, the Chef of the restaurant Le Siècle offers a new menu under the sign of generosity, freshness and local inspiration.

“Through this menu, we wanted to tell the story of our South, our sea, our seasons. Thank you for taking the time to savor this moment at Le Siècle” – The Chef and the entire restaurant team.

From the very first bites, southern classics grace your table: a Niçoise salad true to tradition or creamy burrata accompanied by fresh figs for a touch of sweetness. For the main course, the Charolais beef fillet, served with seasonal vegetables, will delight meat lovers, while the Saku bluefin tuna tataki will seduce with its freshness. For dessert, those with a sweet tooth will be tempted by the tropical pavlova or the "Mokaya" dark chocolate crisp.

Snack menu and room service: fine dining at any time

Between swims or at aperitif time, the restaurant Le Siècle offers a snack menu available from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Designed for small appetites as well as for sharing, it showcases tasty products: Burgundy snails, nachos del sol accompanied by homemade guacamole or a generous selection of charcuterie and cheeses.

For hotel guests wishing to enjoy a meal in the comfort of their room, room service is available for an additional €4 for drinks and €8 for meals. A personalized service, reflecting the high standards of quality at the West End Hotel.

New this summer, the terrace of Le Siècle restaurant has been completely redesigned to offer an even more elegant and comfortable setting. Open all day, it's the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif overlooking the sea, in the shade of parasols, and to the rhythm of a Nice summer.

This year again, the Brooklyn 2 Nice group makes its grand return to Le Siècle restaurant, much to the delight of diners and passersby on the famous Promenade des Anglais . Every Tuesday evening, until the beginning of October, the restaurant pulsates to the rhythm of this festive and unmissable event. Funky vibes and live music come to your table, transforming your summer evenings into truly convivial and shared moments!
