Horse Guard: discover the recipe for the Let it Snow winter cocktail

For a timeless moment to sip a drink away from the hustle and bustle of the city, or between two walks in Nice, head for Horse Guard, the bar at the Hôtel West End. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, in a former chapel, this cosy little bar has an intimate atmosphere, with wood panelling and period furniture, and offers a menu of ‘house’ cocktails to enjoy from 3pm to 11pm. The bar also has a games area for young and old, where guests can enjoy card games and other entertainment. While you’re waiting to discover the place, the barman reveals the recipe for the ‘Let it Snow‘ cocktail, which will be on the Horse Guard menu this winter.

For this you need :

-Currants
½ lime
2 cl Get 27
4 cl vodka
2cl strawberry syrup
Perrier

To make the recipe:

Place the peeled redcurrants.
Add the Get 27, then the vodka, strawberry syrup and lime juice in an Old Fashion glass.
Mix everything together!
Fill the glass with crushed ice
Add Perrier

The cocktail is ready, now all you have to do is enjoy!
