In the event of a dispute relating to these general terms and conditions, the customer has the possibility of resorting to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions set out in Title I of Book VI of the Consumer Code.
After having referred the matter to the customer service department or to the hotel in an attempt to resolve the dispute amicably, and in the absence of a satisfactory response within ninety (90) days from the date of referral, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and procedures for referral are available on his website :
