Le Siècle : a special menu for Easter

To celebrate Easter on Sunday 31 March, Le Siècle restaurant is inviting visitors and locals alike to enjoy a delicious lunch. Situated at the foot of the West End hotel on the Promenade des Anglais, Le Siècle restaurant boasts an Art Deco decor that transports guests into a timeless atmosphere. This gourmet address offers local cuisine prepared with Côte d’Azur flavours. A special menu has been devised for Easter Sunday.

The chef and his brigade have concocted a lunch that begins with a salmon carpaccio with a soft-boiled egg or an egg meurette. Next on the menu is the unmissable 7-hour confit of Easter lamb with seasonal vegetables. And for those with a sweet tooth, there’s a choice of two sweet delights for dessert: Croustillant au chocolat Grand Cru and its artisanal violet blueberry ice cream, or a mandarin bavarois with a mandarin combava heart.

With the Easter festivities, Le Siècle restaurant is offering evenings dedicated to music, such as the Opera evenings. Every second Friday until 12 April 2024, meals will be set to the rhythm of the greatest opera arias, performed by the singings waiters. And for piano aficionados, Le Siècle has also devised piano/voice evenings with pianist and singer Angelo Verdi.
