Easter: the West End hotel recommends Luc Salsedo’s chocolate creations

Produced in partnership with Niçois pastry chef Serge Serain, this creation has been made with chips of socca chips and is available in chocolate bars and boxes of 4 or 18 chocolates, also available in caramel flavour. Sold in retail outlets that distribute Luc Salsedo’s creations, this innovative chickpea chocolate will delight the taste buds of gourmets this Easter, adding a quirky touch to this traditional celebration.
