Summer has arrived on the Promenade des Anglais, and with it a season rich in novelties at the Hôtel West End. Le Siècle, the hotel’s flagship restaurant, unveils a new summer menu, the launch of its snack menu and the return of the Brooklyn 2 Nice evenings. A blend of Mediterranean tradition, seasonal cuisine and cosmopolitan ambience, Hôtel West End invites you to savor the Nice summer to the full.

A summer menu of sea and sun

For this season, Le Siècle’s Chef has created a new menu based on generosity, freshness and local inspiration.

“Through this menu, we wanted to tell the story of our South, our sea, our seasons. Thank you for taking the time to savor this moment at Le Siècle” – The Chef and the entire restaurant team.

From the starters onwards, the southern classics invite themselves to your table: traditional Niçoise salad or creamy burrata accompanied by fresh figs, for a touch of sweetness. For the main course, Charolais beef fillet, served with seasonal vegetables, will delight meat lovers, while Saku red tuna tataki will seduce you with its freshness. As for desserts, those with a sweet tooth will be tempted by the tropical pavlova or the “Mokaya” dark chocolate crisp.

Snack menu and room service: gastronomy at any time

Between two swims or at aperitif time, Le Siècle restaurant offers a snack menu available from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Designed to satisfy both small and large appetites, the menu features tasty products such as Burgundy snails, nachos del sol with homemade guacamole, and a generous selection of charcuterie and cheeses.

For hotel guests wishing to enjoy a meal in the comfort of their room, room service is available at a supplement of €4 for drinks and €8 for main courses. A tailor-made service, in keeping with Hôtel West End’s high standards of quality.
New this summer, the terrace of Le Siècle restaurant has been completely redesigned to offer an even more elegant and comfortable setting. Open all day long, it is the ideal place to enjoy an aperitif facing the sea, in the shade of parasols and to the rhythm of the Nice summer.

Brooklyn 2 Nice: festive Tuesdays at Le Siècle

Once again this year, Brooklyn 2 Nice returns to Le Siècle, to the delight of customers and passers-by on the famous Promenade des Anglais. Every Tuesday evening until the beginning of October, the restaurant vibrates to the rhythm of this festive, not-to-be-missed event. The funky atmosphere and live music will transform your summer evenings into real moments of sharing and conviviality!
