Le Siècle restaurant in Nice celebrates the return of its Opera evenings
Opera evenings are returning to Le Siècle restaurant at the West End Hotel, much to the delight of music and food lovers. Join us on Tuesday 16 September for an exceptional, timeless evening, before these dinner shows resume their regular schedule on the first Friday of every month from October 2025 to March 2026, with the exception of January.
A breath of opera in the heart of Nice
From the moment you enter, you are immersed in the Art Nouveau atmosphere of Le Siècle restaurant, with its Art Deco glass roof and red velvet banquettes. Seated around a table of Mediterranean cuisine, you think you are enjoying a simple dinner… until the waiters transform into opera singers. The meal then turns into a real show, as surprising as it is unforgettable! Inspired by singing waiters, this concept guarantees you a breathtaking evening where each dish is accompanied by the magic of an opera aria.
Opera evenings showcase local talent
Once again this year, the voices that light up these evenings are familiar to the people of Nice, as they belong to two artists whose talent has already made its mark on the local and national scene. Soprano Laurie Jauffret, a graduate of the Nice National Conservatory, and tenor Gilles San Juan, who appeared in season 8 of The Voice, are once again joining the event. Together, they bring the restaurant to life, creating a unique atmosphere on the Promenade des Anglais.
Le Siècle: a restaurant to enjoy every day with music
For opera evenings, a supplement of €6 per person is added to the à la carte dishes. Reservations are essential: contact us on 04 92 14 44 00 or book directly on the West End Hotel website.
