For the occasion, our Chef has created an exclusive menu inspired by the great classics of American cuisine. A unique culinary experience to be enjoyed in the elegant setting of our restaurant on the Promenade des Anglais.

To accompany this festive celebration, enjoy a live performance by Mariana Buhring (YANA), an artist with a captivating voice whose musical universe blends soul, jazz and funk influences. Her repertoire offers guests a memorable musical interlude that promises to bring this special evening to life. A warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying dinner by the sea.

Served from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, this exclusive menu is available for €49 per person, excluding beverages.

Begin your culinary journey with a Crab Cake, a true American classic. This golden crab patty is served with a lemon and chive cream and fresh baby greens.

For the main course, our Chef showcases one of the most iconic specialties of American culinary culture: BBQ “Low & Slow” Pork Ribs. Slowly cooked at a low temperature to achieve exceptional tenderness, they are glazed with a homemade barbecue sauce and served with roasted baby potatoes seasoned with smoked paprika, alongside a grilled corn on the cob cooked à la plancha.

To finish on a sweet note, discover Michael’s Cheesecake, inspired by the traditional New York recipe and accompanied by homemade salted butter caramel.
